Local 4321 Peer Support Team Nominations
Help us identify trusted members who can support our brothers and sisters when it matters most.
Brothers and Sisters,
Local 4321 is currently in the initial phases of building a Peer Support Team with the intent to complement our department’s existing Peer Support system.
The initial Peer Support Team will consist of members who will be empowered to receive the appropriate training, adjust the website as needed, and recruit additional Peer Support Team members.
Please take a moment to help us identify Local 4321 members, active or retired, who you feel would be dedicated and valuable additions to our Peer Support Team.
Consider the following questions:
- If you had a tough personal problem or issue, who is the one person on the department you would most be willing to talk to?
- Do you feel you can trust this person with confidential information?
- Is this person reliable and relatable?
